A question about payment, how?

We can arrange payments upon delivery, set up a monthly billing option (some restrictions apply), or have a credit card on file for automatic billing.

How do I know my stuff will be safe?
|

Good question, we take the neccessary precautions to ensure your items will reach their destination safe and sound. At a customers’ voiced concern we may arrange to provide pick-up & delivery to garages or back doors, and for those who reside in apartments to the leasing office.

How do I order?
|
|
The best way to order is through our site. That gives you the ability to itemize your items or make notes as to stains or what not. You can also arrange to have your location serviced weekly.

How do I set up starch applications?
|
|
Durring the order process there is an ”Itemization” step you may choose to skip past to expedite your order. Simply take the time to enter any specific detail you choose to in this part of the order.

I don’t live in Phoenix, what do I do?
|
|
We do offer services to those outside the city and state. We will gladly handle your clothing and other items. Sign-up for services and shoot us an email or call regarding any questions you have.

So how does this work?
|
|
It’s very simple. First, you become a client of the service by signing up. Once your bag is ready simply log onto the site and order for pick-up. It really is that easy.

What are your Prices?
|
|
A full price list is available within the service discriptions inside your account. Some basic pricing is as follows: Suits- $8.50, Dry-clean only Blouses- $4.50, Laundered-Shirts $1.25, Wash & Fold- starts at $1.50 per lbs.

What areas do you service?
|
|
We have routes running Valley Wide, once you sign up for service you will be emailed your route and pick-up/delivery days. We run routes twice weekly.

|
What detergents are used on my laundry?
|
|
Unless otherwise specified by you the customer, we use a high grade unscented commercial laundry detergent. If you are allergic or have a preference make a note in the ”Itemization” portion of your order, or include a note in your bag.
